Our Cancellation Policy:
We do require 24 hours notice of a change or cancellation of an appointment or we will charge a £25 cancellation fee.
If you make a booking within 24 hours of your appointment you will still be liable for the £25 cancellation fee if you fail to arrive for your appointment.
So please let us know if you are unable to make your appointment, or even if you are running late - we will do everything we can to accommodate you!
