Chris Haworth
Chris qualified as a Remedial Massage therapist & Sports Injury therapist in Sydney, Australia in 2002. He is a member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists & the International Council of Health, Fitness & Sports Therapists. Since qualifying, Chris has worked with a number of Physiotherapists and Osteopaths at practices in Sydney as well as treating various sports teams around the world, including the Australian and New Zealand All Black Rugby Union Teams. His treatments vary depending on the clients needs and can concentrate on a specific area or be more of an all round maintenance treatment for optimum physical fitness.

Alistair Sherlock
Al Sherlock qualified in 1999 with a DIP FTST. Al has a variety of experience ranging from coaching Oxford University Women’s Rowing Team injury treatment and teaching. Bringing 8 years experience of sports therapy, personal training and nutrition Al places a strong emphasis on client education. This empowers clients to prevent potential injury and enable good health and fitness for their specific needs. Treatment is aimed at a variety problems including general stiff shoulders and low backs, sports injuries and chronic postural problems.

Hendriette Thorn
As a Personal Trainer and experienced Swedish Masseuse (Premier Training qualified), I've gained additional knowledge and experience by training further as a Sports Massage Therapist (St Mary's College, London qualified). I have worked with athletes across a wide range of sports including cricketers, tennis players, triathletes, cyclists etc. For the last 5 years, working with such a wide variety of people, has given me experience in treating several stress and sports related "niggles".

Elizabeth Ferracci
Elizabeth’s background is in the fitness industry where she worked in different health clubs as a fitness instructor, fitness manager and personal trainer. From her early days in the gym she wanted to help people with injuries, aches and pains and as a natural progression she started taking courses in Sports and Remedial massage, Sports injuries, Craniosacral therapy and Lymphatic drainage, most of them at St Mary’s University in Twickenham.. Elizabeth has been working at different clinics and health clubs in London for the last 6 years and is currently a student on the Osteopathy programme at Oxford Brookes University. She is also a matwork Pilates teacher.
