Chris Haworth
Chris qualified as a Remedial Massage therapist & Sports Injury therapist in Sydney, Australia in 2002. He is a member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists & the International Council of Health, Fitness & Sports Therapists. Since qualifying, Chris has worked with a number of Physiotherapists and Osteopaths at practices in Sydney as well as treating various sports teams around the world, including the Australian and New Zealand All Black Rugby Union Teams. His treatments vary depending on the clients needs and can concentrate on a specific area or be more of an all round maintenance treatment for optimum physical fitness.

Elizabeth’s background is in the fitness industry where she worked in different health clubs as a fitness instructor, fitness manager and personal trainer. From her early days in the gym she wanted to help people with injuries, aches and pains and as a natural progression she started taking courses in Sports and Remedial massage, Sports injuries, Craniosacral therapy and Lymphatic drainage, most of them at St Mary’s University in Twickenham.. Elizabeth has been working at different clinics and health clubs in London for the last 6 years and is currently a student on the Osteopathy programme at Oxford Brookes University. She is also a matwork Pilates teacher.

Louise James
Louise became interested in complementary therapies whilst travelling extensively in South East Asia and trained as a professional therapist upon her return to the UK in 2005. She is a member of The International Council of Holistic Therapists and The Federation of Holistic Therapists. Louise’s massage style is rhythmic, fluent and deeply relaxing.Each treatment is specifically tailored to the unique needs of the client, with the aim of naturally restoring and maintaining good physical and emotional health.
Rui Santiago
Rui qualified as a Shiatsu practitioner in 2003 and also studied the Chinese Massage Therapy, Tuiná and Reflexology in 2004. In 2006, feeling the need for more challenges and more ways to help his patients, Rui qualified in Rehabilitation Massage and Kinesiotherapy from the Portuguese Massage Council and also qualified as a Massotherapist and a Physiotherapist Assistant. Rui’s work experience goes from Spa’s to Physiotherapy clinics, working with Osteopaths and having his own practice in Porto for 4 years. Rui is currently in his 4th year in the Osteopathy Programme of Oxford Brookes University.
